Depending on how you interact with ChiMe, we may collect contact information, appointment details, health history, treatment records, billing and insurance information, payment details, and communications you send to the clinic.
This website does not currently include a contact form or collect health information directly. Please do not send sensitive medical information through ordinary website or email messages.
Why we use information
Information may be used to schedule and provide care, communicate about appointments, maintain required clinical and business records, process payment, submit authorized insurance claims, respond to questions, and meet legal or professional obligations.
Service providers
ChiMe may use carefully selected providers for clinic management, appointment booking, payment processing, insurance claim submission, accounting, secure communications, and website hosting. These providers receive only the information needed for the service they perform.
Online booking is provided through Juvonno. The booking page may have its own privacy notice and terms.
Consent and sharing
ChiMe will seek meaningful consent where required. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with your consent, to provide an authorized service, when required by law, or when otherwise permitted under applicable privacy requirements.
Safeguards and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Records are retained only as long as needed for care, business, legal, tax, insurance, or professional recordkeeping purposes, then securely destroyed or anonymized where appropriate.
Access and correction
You may ask whether ChiMe holds personal information about you and request access or correction, subject to applicable exceptions. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Website technology
We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. Basic technical information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.
The embedded map is provided by Google Maps. Google may process technical information when the map loads, under its own privacy policy. Online booking takes place on Juvonno's website. If additional tools are added later, this notice will be updated.
