Treatment Options

Explore the care available to you.

Swedish Massage

Flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle-to-moderate pressure support a relaxing treatment. A comfortable starting point for everyday tension or anyone new to massage.

TMJ Massage

Focused work around the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders addresses areas of tension associated with clenching or jaw discomfort. Techniques are chosen after assessment and with your consent.

Deep Tissue Massage

Slower, focused pressure works with persistent areas of muscle tension. Depth and intensity are adjusted throughout the appointment; deeper pressure should still be within your comfort.

Cupping Massage

Suction cups may be used alongside hands-on massage over selected treatment areas. Your therapist explains the technique and checks your comfort; temporary marks on the skin can occur.

Pre & Postnatal Massage

Massage adapted to your comfort during pregnancy and after birth, with supportive positioning and suitable pressure. Care focuses on your changing needs, such as back, hip, neck, or shoulder tension.

Your practitioner will help you choose an appropriate approach. Please contact us to confirm availability for a specific treatment.
