An Individual Approach

What is TCM Acupuncture?

Feeling tired, tense or restless, or looking for additional support with recurring pain? TCM Acupuncture starts with a conversation about your symptoms, health history, sleep, digestion, and everyday life.

Fine, sterile, single-use needles are placed at selected points. TCM describes this approach in terms of the flow of Chi (also spelled Qi; both refer to 氣) and balance. Modern research suggests it can influence the nervous system and how the body processes pain.

TCM Acupuncture may help with several types of pain and headaches. We also discuss concerns such as sleep, stress, digestion, and menstrual health to build an individual plan. The approach and potential benefits depend on your needs.

Common concerns we discuss

  • Pain & muscle tension
  • Headaches
  • Stress & poor sleep
  • Digestive discomfort
  • Menstrual health
  • Fatigue & general wellness
